Human Performance Metrics measures an athlete’s performance in a formalized fashion. It is an assessment tool that provides data for planning, tracking and modifying an individual’s training program. We use metrics to accurately and completely track individual performance over time. We utilize results and leverage the best training style and techniques to optimize human performance.
This type of tracking provides the coach with a (an):
- unbiased assessment of the individual’s skills and abilities i.e. strengths and/or weakness at a given point in time
- serves as a guide on how to proceed with lessons learned
- allows the individual to see the progress made and take a more active role in the process
- direction on training needs additional areas of focus for the desired outcome
- standardized evaluation criteria and performance review and comparison mechanism
- objective evidence of individual improvement
