Coach Swindell
For over 33 years, Coach Swindell has competed and coached on local, regional, national, and international levels. His success has been met with unparallel vigor, passion and commitment not only for the sport of Track & Field, but met with the love of physical performance as a whole.

A native of New Bern, North Carolina, the 21 year United States Army Veteran and graduate of the University of North Carolina Pembroke brings over 33 years of experience to bear. He has competed with and against many of the best athletes the world has produced over the last 3 decades. He has engaged some of the best coaching minds involved in Track and Field. He has developed his own unique style based on first-hand experience, lessons learned, personal research, and collaborative communications with other coaches.
