An important step in developing a quality fitness program is to determine your goals. Is your primary goal to lose weight? Improve muscle tone? Knowing what your goals are will help you develop a more successful exercise program. We assist you in identifying realistic personal goals in measurable terms over specific periods of time. This will lead to a healthier lifestyle and will provide the motivation that you will need to move forward.

Consultants will assist in evaluating nutrition and diet itself helps to increase calorie burning by boosting metabolism, a process further enhanced while gaining more lean muscle. While assisting you in establishing a proper diet, we will work on building your general fitness program. This program may include varied exercises, optional weight lifting or other workouts each week.

Intake Assessment: Each program begins with an initial evaluation by a coach to assess range of motion, bio-mechanics, and flexibility, muscle strength aerobic and anaerobic condition. Through a questionnaire, we will learn about your past fitness, injury history and your current fitness level. Based on this information, Agility Won will build a training schedule for you that will vary in time and intensity as you progress toward your specific goals.

Individual Training Programs
Individual Training Programs will be designed to meet the needs of each client. The program will be developed to assist each client in a safe and monitored manner that will allows us to meet their needs whether they are sports specific, weight loss or general conditioning and fitness.

Programs will include but are not limited to Running, Sprinting, Distance running, Weight training, Plyometrics, Walking, and Dietary Consulting, as desired by the client. Programs will be developed based on the amount of days per week that training will be conducted.

Each individual’s progress will be assessed on a regular basis to ensure that the desired goal or goals are being met. This process will allow us to not only monitor, but adjust the training program as well as the dietary program, (if it is being utilized). Whether your goal is short- or long-term, we will develop a plan to meet your individual needs.

Nutrition is one of the most important components of everyday life. As our lifestyles have changed, so have our dietary needs. Whether you are an athlete or not, we have to be mindful of not only how we eat, but what we eat. We offer dietary consulting to assist our clients in making good decision on their dietary intake.
